God has created you on purpose and for a purpose.
Our hope is that through serving your local church and city, you will discover your unique giftings alongside others and how you can use them to make a difference.
We have numerous teams that offer various avenues to discover and develop skill sets ranging from Sundays to midweek opportunities. If you would like to get involved, there is a team for you!
“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”
1 Peter 4:10

Our Guest Experience Team creates a warm environment and positive experience for guests from greeting everyone as they enter, transforming our venue into an inviting atmosphere, answering any questions, and connecting with people. Each team member plays a critical role in creating a welcoming place where every person feels seen and valued.
Our Worship Team is responsible for helping create and shape our Sunday services through the leading of worship and all live music aspects of our services. If you play an instrument or sing this would be a great team to join!
*Note: Playing on the worship team involves mid-week rehearsals.
This is the age and time in a child’s life where they really begin to understand who Jesus is, what the Bible says and start to make a decision for themselves what they believe. We want team members who are EXCITED to share the love and story of Jesus and to help our older kids grow into their own personal walk with God and relationship with Jesus.
This team works with babies and children up to preschool age. You must have a heart for these little ones and a desire to show them God’s love and care. We want to build a foundation for our kids by praying over them, and encourage them in their identity as children of God.
This team is there not only to provide a safe system for parents to check in and pick up their kids, but also to see and welcome our Liberty families. To provide love and support, not just to the kids but the entire family. To help every family member feel seen, valued and to support them in any way they may need.
Our Production Team helps steward our worship environment by shaping and maintaining all of the technical aspects of our services. Handling our tech side such as projectors, media on our screens, sound, lighting, and live video this critical team works largely behind the scenes to set our Sunday service environment.
Our Mid-Week Connections Team is the first touch point for those who fill out a Connect Card during a Sunday service. The Mid-Week Team are responsible for answering any questions a guest may have about Liberty and helping them start the Next Steps process to make Liberty Church home.
This team is passionate about prayer! (Shouldn’t we all be??)
As part of the intercession team, you will be given all prayer requests that come in on a Sunday or throughout the week in order to pray over them individually and collectively for our community.
Prayer requests will be sent out to team members by the team lead to pray over specific needs in our community as well as prayer over our community as a whole.
This team will also get together once a week (most likely via zoom) and pray over the requests as a group.
We are all called to care for one another. Pastoral care is not reserved for only the pastors of a church, but in one way or another, we are all called to care for people.
Times in which the care team may be asked to help:
– New birth (set up meal train for the family)
– During grief/loss
– Hospital visitations
– Racial Injustice
– Spiritual health
– Mental health
– Providing help during the holidays
– Marriage counseling
**You will never be asked to provide care for something you are not comfortable with**
**We also have many resources available to the care team**
